Tracie has more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field. As a consultant, Tracie worked for Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, Ernst & Young, and Buck Consultants. As a benefits practitioner, Tracie worked for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Forbes Health Systems.
Tracie is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration and also has a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. She also holds a PA license for Life, Accident and Health.

Greg Ross, associate
Greg has more than 20 years of human resource consulting
experience working with a diverse group of clients in the areas of human
capital strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness,
compensation, performance management and training & development. He has
also served on the faculty of the College of Business Administration at the
University of Pittsburgh where he was an adjunct instructor teaching human
resource management.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Katz School of Business at Pitt.
